Our awesome Educators are stoked to help you create a study plan and schedule regular check-ins – all you have to do is ask! We encourage you to take charge of your learning to stay on track and connect with us whenever you hit a bump in the road. Think of it as us being your pit crew – ready when you need us, but you're steering the car! 😉
Your Learner's Guide: Your Personal Progress Tracker!
Flip to the front of your Learner's Guide! You'll find a list of all your assessments and a handy suggested submission schedule. Use this like your personal roadmap to plan your study time and keep an eye on your results and how you're progressing in each subject.
Connect and Learn Together: Study Groups! 🧑🤝🧑
Need some extra help or want to connect with other students? We run Study Groups a couple of days each week! These are informal Zoom sessions where you can pop in and chat with an Educator and other students. It's a great chance to ask questions, discuss concepts, and learn from each other. Keep an eye on the Student Assist page for upcoming sessions and links.
Boost Your Understanding: Rolling Sessions! 🔄
Want to dive deeper into key concepts? Check out our Rolling Sessions! These are facilitated sessions on specific topics from your subjects that run every week, covering all subjects throughout the year. You're welcome to pop in to any session that interests you, whether you're currently studying that subject or not. It's a fantastic way to build a solid understanding across the board. You'll find the Rolling Sessions schedule in Zoom Events.

We have Facebook groups just for current students and grads – a fantastic place to support each other and network! Our Educators and Assessors keep an eye on things, but we also encourage you to connect and help each other out. Just a little heads-up: please respect Educator downtime and avoid tagging them directly.

Sometimes, chatting things out is just easier! Our dedicated Student Assist Educators are available for booked appointments every weekday from 8 am to 6 pm. You can chat with them via phone or Zoom.
For weekend or after-hours questions, shoot us an email or post in the Student Facebook Group.
For anything admin-related (not course content or assessments), you can call our office during business hours to speak with our friendly Admin team.
