Getting Help

There are many support networks in place to help you deal with mental health issues, the foremost being to accept the symptoms and to ask for help. It should be remembered that mental health is not a sign of weakness and is nothing to be ashamed about; you are not alone in these feelings. Accepting this and asking for help is a sign of true strength which you should be proud of.

Talking to someone about how you feel is an important step for many. It's ok to be upset and its ok if you don’t know why you're upset or because of a negative outcome that has occurred. There are many people that you can talk to, friends, family, colleagues, your mangers/supervisors at work.
