TRANSITION
Please complete the following form to arrange to transition to the new ACM30122 Certificate III in Animal Care Services.
To transition you MUST complete this form and make payment (or arrange your instalment plan and make the first payment) PRIOR to the 26th Feb 2023. Any students remaining in the old qualification on this date will have their enrolment finalised and be withdrawn from the course. There is NO wriggle room for us to extend this date for any student so it is important that you arrange your transition now.
If you are about to expire from your ACM30117 enrolment, you do not need to extend right now, instead you can just complete the transition process as we'll add on an additional 6 months of enrolment time. You will then be able to arrange up to 18 months of additional study time through the normal extension processes later.
