TRANSITION
Please complete the following form to arrange to transition to the new ACM20121 Certificate II in Animal Care.
To transition you MUST complete this form and make payment (or arrange your instalment plan and make the first payment) PRIOR to the 26th Feb 2023. Any students remaining in the old qualification on this date will have their enrolment finalised and be withdrawn from the course. There is NO wriggle room for us to extend this date for any student so it is important that you arrange your transition now.
If you are about to expire from your ACM20117 enrolment, you will still need to extend as normal as the new course is the same duration and your original start date applies. If you have been in "limbo" with no work to study waiting for the new subjects, this limbo time will be added to your current enrolment, which means you may not need to extend yet.
