You can book an appointment to speak with an Educator of your choice, or whoever is currently available, by ZOOM or PHONE*.
Appointments are available from 30mins time onwards, within business hours.
Important notes:
- Fair use applies.
Please book ONE appointment slot at a time and bring all your questions to that appointment. Be mindful that other students also need to be able to book in to get help. If you have several questions, book a longer appointment slot. - We reserve the right to cancel multiple appointments.
Multiple appointments booked in close succession may be cancelled to open up slots for other students. - * Phone calls are not available to students residing outside of Australia.
If you're an international student, please make sure you select "zoom" as the location when booking your appointment. We will not be able to call you at an international phone number.
